I recently stayed at this cozy hotel in Florence for a few days. The hosts were incredibly charming, friendly, and helpful. The location was great, in a calm area but still within walking distance of the center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and sufficient closet space. The small garden was a lovely spot to have lunch and relax. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast, which included a variety of pastries and fruits. The coffee/cappuccino machine in the kitchen was a delightful bonus. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Can just recommend this hotel.

Fairly friendly and friendly staff, clean rooms.
The rooms with garden, a fireplace, great decor. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Comfortable and decent location for our visit to Cloister of the Scalzo just a short stroll away from the hotel.

We got great value for our money at this B&B. The room was spacious and the bed was huge and comfy. The location was perfect, with nice restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. The staff, especially Teresa, were incredibly warm and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The lovely terrace was a bonus, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a relaxing evening drink.
The only small improvement I can suggest for the breakfast option would be to offer a greater variety of choices.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was great and absolutely perfect, for example, an art museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. It was also really close to the main attractions of Florence, supermarket, bus station and city centre, and bus stops and grocery store.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is within walking distance of everything. You can easily explore the city center and visit the Duomo without having to rely on transportation. there is a store nearby, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The rooms are clean and spacious, with daily cleaning service ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh croissants, fruit, and a self-serve coffee machine. The hotel also has a beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfast or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel can be a bit unreliable at times, which can be frustrating for those who need a strong and consistent internet connection.

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy atmosphere of this lovely place. The decoration was so tasteful and brought a sense of elegance and comfort. The general areas, such as the garden and terrace, were delightful spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with everything conveniently located on the second floor and easily reachable by the stairs or elevator.
I only wish there were more options catered specifically for senior people. Perhaps some additional amenities or services that could make our vacation even more enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained. I really enjoyed having breakfast in the cozy dining room, with a variety of fresh pastries every morning. The small garden was a lovely place to relax and have lunch. Despite a few tiny concerns, like the lack of bed sheets for the second bed and confusion about the garbage bins, my overall experience was fantastic. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and bus stops just a short walk away. I also found two excellent places to eat nearby, a pizzeria and a traditional Tuscan trattoria. The staff may not speak English, but they were welcoming and accommodating. The only downside was the absence of an elevator, which meant climbing three sets of stairs with heavy suitcases. However, the positive aspects of my stay far outweighed this inconvenience. I highly recommend La Petite Maison for a pleasant stay in Florence.
